Niagara Health Foundation Legacy Society

In 2022, the Niagara Health Foundation established the Legacy Society to thank those generous and far-sighted individuals who have remembered the Foundation in their will, and the loved ones of those whose legacy gifts have since been received. It continues to thrive and grow each year, as members enjoy a close relationship with the Foundation and its mission of creating a healthier Niagara.

“Everyone in our family will need the hospital at some point. It was there when we needed it for my grandparents, my parents, and for myself. We’re not multi-millionaires, but we would like to help because that is what it means to be part of the community. Seeing the level of care that is provided here in Niagara and knowing that we have state-of-the-art equipment – it’s a good feeling to know that we are part of that.”

Anna and Roman A. Groch, Legacy Society Members
Members and their guests are invited to special gatherings throughout the year.

In the spring 2027, our first official Legacy Week will take place.  Legacy Society members will have various opportunities to engage with members of the medical leadership team to hear directly on the future of healthcare in Niagara in relaxed, warm, and informative engagements.

Currently, we also host tours of the new South Niagara Hospital site throughout the year.  Presently in the mock-up room phase, a patient room, operating suite, ICU, recovery room, and more are fully designed for our guests to interact with.

These gatherings keep members in touch with the growth and development of Niagara Health and allow them to grow in community with likeminded individuals.  For those who wish to give anonymously, mailings and private engagements are offered as well.
