Vendor fee for the Marotta Family Hospital and the Welland Hospital Vendor Program can be paid using the Vendor Payment website. Please click on the link below to process your payment.
Vendor applications can be submitted here. Please note you will need to disable your ad-blocker/enable pop-ups if you have trouble with the form.
Due to strong demand, vendor space is currently limited. The Vendor Coordinator reserves the right to select vendors at their discretion.
Vendors may cancel up until seven (7) business days prior to their arrival date to receive a full refund.
If a Vendor cancels within seven (7) days or fewer prior to their arrival, a full refund may be provided at the discretion of the Vendor Program Coordinator.
If you are canceling due to weather, please notify the vendor coordinator through email or a phone call as soon as possible.
Marotta Family Hospital
Vendors may park in the “15-minute zone” at the main hospital entrance to unload and load. If additional time is required, please see Security in the hospital lobby or you may be ticketed.
After unloading, move your vehicle to the public parking lot.
Vendors are responsible for their own parking fees and any parking fines incurred.
Welland Hospital
Please use the entrance that is labeled “Shipping and Receiving” from King Street. It is located on the left side of the road just down from the Welland Arena.
There will be a ramp located to the left, please park and unload there. We just ask that you do not block the loading dock in case of shipments.
Enter through the double doors, follow the hallway until you reach the main hallway. Once you have reached the main hallway turn to the left and the main entrance will be right there.
Once you are done unloading please more to Visitor Parking lot.
You are responsible for your own parking fees and any parking fines incurred.
