With the recent contributions from these compassionate community leaders, the campaign has now reached an astounding total of over $62 million in pledges. This milestone represents a powerful testament to the generosity and dedication of our community, as well as their shared belief in the importance of accessible and advanced healthcare in the region.

Andrea Scott, President and CEO of the Niagara Health Foundation, expressed her heartfelt appreciation for the Founding Donors’ remarkable commitment, saying, “The It’s Our Future Campaign embodies the incredible power of our community coming together to make a lasting impact. The support we’ve received from our Founding Donors inspires us all and reinforces our belief in a brighter, healthier future for South Niagara.”

Lynn Guerriero, President and CEO Niagara Health reflected on the impact these gifts will have in Niagara. “We are grateful for the generosity of our Founding Donors and the continued leadership they show in support of Niagara Health. Whether it is a loved one receiving care or someone who works at the hospital, these gifts will positively impact the lives of many Niagara residents today and in the future.”

It’s Our Future campaign Co-Chairs Mayor Jim Diodati and Mr. Harry Oakes spoke to the power of collectiveness and the community. “The groups on this list have ‘give’ as their middle name. These groups are known for giving and have done more of that in this unique show of support, coming together to pledge more than $1M to the new hospital! Wow, there’s such great power in coming together, and it goes to show, no one organization or single gift is insignificant. They all matter!”

As we celebrate the remarkable generosity of our Founding Donors and the ongoing success of the It’s Our Future Campaign, we invite the entire community to join us in shaping a healthier tomorrow for South Niagara. Together we can make a difference and together we can build a brighter future.
