Board Chair Rachel Stuchberry
We are honoured to announce and welcome Rachel Stuchberry as the newly appointed Board Chair for the Niagara Health Foundation!
Rachel brings nearly three decades of exceptional leadership in operations, innovation and people management. As the Managing Director of Accenture Operations, she leads a team of more than 1,600 employees across four national centres — in Fredericton, Winnipeg, Niagara, and Ottawa — driving transformation and delivering 360° value to clients in sectors including high tech, public services, retail, and healthcare.
Born and raised in the Niagara region, Rachel’s deep connection to the community shines through both her professional and volunteer work. A long-time advocate for healthcare excellence, Rachel has been an integral part of the Niagara Health Foundation since 2021, and she and her family have helped raise more than $500,000 for Cystic Fibrosis research, demonstrating her passion for improving health outcomes for families across Canada.
Rachel’s remarkable career includes leading large-scale operational transformations and empowering diverse, inclusive teams to thrive. Her leadership during the launch of a national call centre program—mobilizing more than 100 trained employees in just four days to support Canadians impacted by COVID-19—reflects her ability to inspire action and deliver meaningful impact.
Her insight, community spirit and dedication to healthcare make her an invaluable Chair of our Board. We are excited to collaborate with Rachel as we continue to advance our mission, enhance patient care and build a healthier future for Niagara.
