Donors received our 2019 which features the story of Amedeo, a donor, who was suffering a stroke when his wife called 911. His story highlights Niagara Health’s provincially recognized Centre of Excellence in Stroke Care. You will watch Art “ring the bell” as completes his cancer treatment at the Walker Family Cancer Centre and became a donor because of the incredible care he received. You will read how 100’s of community members “laced up” in support of the Cutherbert Cup Memorial Hockey Tournament in honour of Matt’s mother Linda who lost her battle with brain cancer. Lastly, you will hear about the 12th Annual ‘Komedy For Kidneys’ fundraiser, how Breakfast with Santa raised funds at Johnny Rocco’s and how saving on your mortgage can help buy hospital equipment through Cameron Wilson’s Niagara Regional Community Mortgage Plan.
