Our donor Cecile received treatment at the Walker Family Cancer Centre and is incredibly grateful for the care she received from Dr. Cameron Phillips and his team. “He is a wonderful, caring man. Seeing that he cared about my health and my life, gave me the courage to care, too.” So she decided to make a Gift of Gratitude and sent a note to Dr. Phillips and his team. “They gave me hope and were always kind and caring,” says Cecile about why making this gift was so important to her. “I just can’t sing their praises enough. They took the time to explain things to me when I didn’t understand them. They’re accommodating. They are just marvelous.” Grateful for the care she received, Cecile was glad to be able to make a donation and she is looking forward to making more gifts in the future.
