Looking for an exciting and creative way to raise money for Kids Ultimate Challenge?

Plan and host a mini fundraiser during the month of May to raise funds for your Kids Ultimate Challenge fundraising efforts. Invite your friends, family and neighbours to come out and support your cause. Your mini fundraiser can be anything from a bake sale to a car wash. Use your imagination; the sky’s the limit.

On top of supporting a great cause, the May Mini FUNdraiser host(s) can earn fantastic prize packages. Prizes will be awarded to the FUNdraiser who:

1.   Hosts the event that raises the most funds 

2.      Sends us the best photo of themselves working their Mini FUNdraiser

3.      Hosts the most creative FUNdraiser!

1. Choose your event – Decide what type of Mini FUNdraiser you want to host (ie. Bake Sale, Lemonade Stand, Car Wash, Toy Sale)

2. Select your date – Select a day in May to host your May Mini FUNdraiser

3. Loop us in – Fill out our May Mini FUNdraiser form and tell us about your FUNdraiser. If you choose, we can help market your event on the Kids Ultimate Challenge website and on Niagara Health Foundation’s social media channels.

4. Market your event – Share your event with friends, family and neighbours by word of mouth, social media, creating posters, etc. Feel free to download our Printable May Mini Poster to display at your event.

5. Collect tax receipt Information – If you are collecting cash donations at your event, print and use the Kids Ultimate Challenge Pledge Sheet to track all donations. Donations of $20 or more qualify for a tax receipt, so make sure you get all of your donor’s contact information (FYI: a donation is not in exchange for a product or service). Niagara Health Foundation will issue tax receipts once the pledge sheet has been submitted.

6. HAVE FUN! – Enjoy your Mini FUNdraiser and know that you are making a difference for children’s health in Niagara.

7. Follow up – When your Mini FUNdraiser is complete, send us an email to let us know how much you raised and share photos/videos of your event to qualify to win amazing prizes! Don’t forget to send in your pledge sheet if you collected cash donations so NHF can issue tax receipts.
