A traditional MET gala outfit should exude drama, creativity, and high fashion. The key is to push boundaries and embrace a daring, artistic expression that fits the grandeur of a MET-themed gala.

But don’t overthink it. A small change to a traditional look can make all the difference. Add a statement piece, like a broach, headpiece or boutonniere, play around with patterns and textures, or wear non-traditional colour combinations.

When in doubt, dress formal and be confident.
