1. Personalize Your Fundraising Page!
This is your chance to let donors know about why you or your team are riding in the Big Move Cancer Ride. Share your story, pictures, your progress and your goal as this is an opportunity to talk about your journey.
2. A Self Pledge Goes A Long Way
Take the first step towards making a difference by making a self pledge Get the ball rolling for others to donate to your fundraising efforts.

3. Ask Your Friends and Family to Donate To Your Big Move Journey
Donations can be made online or by cash or cheque. Riders will need to complete the offline pledge form.
4. Get Social!
Social media will be the best way to help spread the word about your fundraising efforts. Share a link to your fundraising page by copying the URL link, tag the ‘Big Move Cancer Ride’, and let your family, friends, and colleagues know you’re determined to raise some funds! Download the “I’m A Rider” or “Sponsor Me” and share on your social media.




5. Host A Fundraiser
Hosting your own fundraiser to raise funds for the Big Move Cancer Ride is a rewarding and personal way to make a difference in the fight against cancer. Start by setting a clear goal for how much you want to raise. Whether it’s a good old-fashioned bake sale, a “top up the till” or a portion of the products sold at your business is donated to the Big Move Cancer Ride, every contribution, big or small, makes a meaningful impact.
6. Ask a Local Business to Sponsor You
Does a friend or family member own a business? Do you frequently visit a business? Ask a local business if they would like to donate and support you in your journey. Let them know they will receive a tax receipt for their donation as well.
