Niagara Hunting & Fishing Club helps patients breathe easier

Outdoorsmen Gabriel Giancaterino, Cleto Donatelli and Luigi Casagrande representing the Niagara Hunting and Fishing Club (L to R holding receipt) present $3,000 to OneFoundation for Niagara Health System for the purchase of an Optiflow oxygen device.

Long-time supporters of Niagara’s hospitals, the 30 year-old Hunting and Fishing Club holds an annual Game Dinner Stag & Doe to raise funds to benefit healthcare in our community.

Respiratory Therapy professionals Louise Bates and Elayn Young (L to R) were on hand to explain the marvelous capabilities of the Optiflow and to express gratitude on behalf of the caregivers who will be using it to help patients’ with breathing challenges.

Also in attendance to thank the Club were NHS Executive Vice President Derek McNally (far left) and OneFoundation for NHS Board Member Tom Mountain (far right).
