December 15, 2015

Christmas came early at the Greater Niagara General Site of the Niagara Health System when the Greater Niagara General Hospital Auxiliary donated $125,000 to OneFoundation for Niagara Health System. Funds will be used to purchase an operating table and cell counter‎ for the lab.
“The GNGH Auxiliary is a valued partner of OneFoundation for Niagara Health System,” says Joseph Maggiolo, OneFoundation Board Chair.  “Their membership devote countless hours every year to raise funds for Niagara Health System’s GNG Site in support of local patients and their families. We are very thankful for their recent contribution and continued commitment to healthcare in Niagara.”
The dedicated Auxilians raise funds throughout the year by running the Gift Shop at the hospital, the annual Pink Ladies Golf Tournament and raffles. Since 1982, more than $3 million has been raised in support of patient care equipment for the GNG Site.
