Donate your Scrap Metal

Drop off your scrap metal at International Metal Salvage {25 Invertose Drive, Port Colborne} or Glendale Metal Company {424 Glendale Ave, St. Catharines}. Beginning on April 16th, both locations will give people the option to donate a portion or the full value of their scrap metal to Niagara Health Foundation!

Donations can include but are not limited to:

Household batteries, automotive batteries, BBQs, wiring xmas lights, appliances (no microwaves), rims, rebar, electronics, cars & auto parts, electric motors, engines (drained), pipes, any metal pieces that are at least 80% steel

To get the fundraiser (which lasts all year!) moving in the right direction, Glendale Metal Company and International Metal Salvage have agreed to contribute all profits from the value of the donated metals during Earth Week, from April 16th until April 22nd.

Niagara Health's hospital sites serve over 450,000 residents across Niagara Region. Did you know? Like all hospitals, Niagara Health receives no funding from the Government of Ontario for capital equipment needs. Vital patient care equipment is purchased through generous donations received by the community.
