The Niagara Health Foundation’s 2025 Fashion & Philanthropy Gala: A Met Gala Experience, held on March 1, 2025, at the Fallsview Casino Resort, was a spectacular night of glamour and creativity. With 750 guests, including community leaders, philanthropists, and Niagara Health staff, the event was a true celebration of both generosity and high fashion. The Met Gala-inspired theme set the stage for an unforgettable evening, with attendees showcasing stunning couture, elaborate headpieces, and dazzling crowns, adding an extra layer of artistic flair to the already enchanting atmosphere.

The excitement kicked off with The Uptown Groove, whose high-energy performance kept the dance floor packed all night. Their enthusiastic energy had everyone on their feet, making it impossible to resist the music. Adding to the evening’s sparkle were the incredible aerial performances by Valerie Cheng and her team of aerial artists. Their breathtaking, gravity-defying routines were a true spectacle, leaving the crowd mesmerized and adding a unique, dramatic flair to the event.

A highlight of the night was the Fund-A-Room, where Tim Bolen and Mayor Jim Diodati inspired the crowd to raise over $330,000 in just 30 minutes for cutting-edge surgical equipment at the new South Niagara Hospital. This heartwarming display of generosity helped the Gala set a new fundraising record, bringing in an impressive $720,000—the highest total in the event's history. This incredible achievement underscores the community's steadfast support for the 'It’s Our Future' campaign.
